Accepting my physical condition rather than fighting it opened the way for wholeness and healing.

Your body will respond to your words of love and encouragement.  Doing this everyday will do more to improve your health than you could ever imagine.

Emotions help us to know when what we are believing, doing or saying are in harmony with our natural state of unconditional love.  This method of allowing them to express and replacing them with love made a huge difference in my daily life.

We cannot exist without breath.  I spent most of my life so shut down that it has taken a consistent effort for me to breathe more deeply.  It has made a huge difference in my health and my life.

If you ask your body what it wants or needs it will tell you.  This is one method I found works well for me and many of my clients.

Laughter is truly one of the most healing things we can do for ourselves.  When attending a training for the blind and visually impaired my laughter seemed to be beneficial to so many people they asked me for a recording to use as a ring tone, alarm clock or just to enjoy when they needed a lift.  This is the recording I created as a gift to them.  Perhaps it will inspire you to laugh more often.
